I inherited my mothers house which was in good shape, but outdated by todays standards. Faced with having to update or sell as is, I called Carolina Home Relief. I spoke with Nathan and set up an appointment for him to evaluate the property. I'm glad that I called him. He was very professional and up front with his evaluation. He explained what it would take to update the house and what that would cost. He also told me how much he could sell the house for after renovation. He then made an offer for the property. It was very a very fair price. He also would take care of anything left in the house that we didn't want to keep. That was a great relief. So I would highly recommend Nathan.
